Les panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s BORJATHERM se composent d\u2019un noyau en mousse de polyur\u00e9thane \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es, offrant une excellente stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et une excellente r\u00e9sistance face aux ruptures ou fissures, et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par un rev\u00eatement en aluminium sur ses quatre c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette combinaison de mat\u00e9riaux, les panneaux pr\u00e9sentent l\u2019un des meilleurs coefficients d\u2019isolation thermique du march\u00e9, faisant d\u2019eux une option id\u00e9ale tant pour les climats froids que pour les r\u00e9gions chaudes.<\/p>\n

Chacun des panneaux est autoportant et comprend son propre liteau ventil\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en Aluzinc, respectant les distances minimales entre les points d\u2019appui en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s le rendent id\u00e9al tant pour des projets de restauration que pour des nouveaux chantiers.<\/p>\n

BORJATHERM pr\u00e9sente un Coefficient de conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u03bb=0,022 W\/m\u00b7K, le plus bas par rapport au reste des mat\u00e9riaux isolants pour couvertures. Cela se traduit par une \u00e9paisseur moindre pour atteindre les niveaux d\u2019isolation thermique requis dans chaque cas, car plus le coefficient \u03bb est faible, plus l\u2019isolation est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9paisseur de 80 mm r\u00e9pond aux exigences minimales de transmission thermique de l\u2019enveloppe de la version actuelle de 2019 du DB-HE du code technique dans toute zone climatique.<\/p>\n

BORJATHERM est un syst\u00e8me d\u2019isolation de toitures ventil\u00e9es, si bien qu\u2019il convient d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter chaque jonction de la couverture de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 permettre la ventilation entre tuile et support. En outre, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me sec et l\u00e9ger, de sorte que les m\u00e9thodes de fixation m\u00e9caniques et\/ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019adh\u00e9sifs sp\u00e9ciaux pour tuiles sont les plus appropri\u00e9es. L\u2019usage de mortier est totalement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9.
