Tejas Borja fabrique sur mesure une maille c\u00e9ramique pour la fa\u00e7ade du Palais des Sports OLIVO ARENA de Ja\u00e9n (Andalousie).<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Le Palais des Sports Oliva Arena<\/strong>, situ\u00e9 sur le site provincial pour l’organisation de Salons et Congr\u00e8s de Ja\u00e9n (IFEJA), construit sur une surface de 41.300 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9 et inaugur\u00e9 au mois d’avril, est \u00e0 n’en point douter l’un des projets publics les plus remarquables r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.Con\u00e7u selon une forme ovale presque parfaite et abritant un terrain de sport au centre, il mesure pr\u00e8s de 50 m\u00e8tres de long sur 30 m\u00e8tres de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s’agit d’un endroit unique en son genre, non seulement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique du sport professionnel, car il accueillera des comp\u00e9titions de futsal, basket-ball, handball et tennis, mais aussi \u00e0 l’organisation de grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements tels que des concerts et d’autres activit\u00e9s culturelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La multifonctionnalit\u00e9 des installations \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9e pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de grande affluence, pouvant accueillir jusqu’\u00e0 10.000 personnes. C’est pourquoi il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de gradins permanents et d’une tribune t\u00e9lescopique r\u00e9tractable. En outre, il fait office d’espace annexe aux infrastructures que poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 IFEJA, permettant de disposer de 3320 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la Foire des Expositions EXPOLIVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du projet, outre une \u00e9laboration minutieuse de tous les aspects de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 sportive, le but \u00e9tait de refl\u00e9ter toute l\u2019essence de la province par l’entremise du design ext\u00e9rieur. Sur un ext\u00e9rieur d\u2019aspect pierreux, on a projet\u00e9 une peau flexible fix\u00e9e sur un ossature m\u00e9tallique, constitu\u00e9e d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments en c\u00e9ramique arborant une gamme de couleurs symbolisant les couleurs les plus caract\u00e9ristiques de la province, allant des tons ocres des parcs naturels de Ja\u00e9n \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation des cimes verdoyantes des arbres de la r\u00e9gion. La partie sup\u00e9rieure reproduit fid\u00e8lement la forme de cr\u00e9neaux, rappelant que Ja\u00e9n est la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Europe o\u00f9 sont \u00e9rig\u00e9s le plus grand nombre de ch\u00e2teaux et forteresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette peau flexible<\/strong>, support\u00e9e par une structure en acier, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l’aide d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments en c\u00e9ramique qui habillent le b\u00e2timent des couleurs des feuilles d’olivier.<\/p>\n\n\n

En outre, une importance toute particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019isolation thermique et acoustique et \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019eau de pluie, pour l\u2019approvisionnement en eau ainsi que pour l\u2019arrosage, ce qui r\u00e9duit drastiquement les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation et de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Palais des Sports Oliva Arena de Ja\u00e9n<\/strong> est assur\u00e9ment un site moderne de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en Andalousie, qui brille par sa polyvalence, multifonctionnalit\u00e9, accessibilit\u00e9 et sobri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet de construction du stade multisports Olivo Arena de Ja\u00e9n fut soumis \u00e0 l’appel d’offre en 2018 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Acciona dans les d\u00e9lais initialement pr\u00e9vus, et financ\u00e9 par l’investissement conjoint de la Junte d’Andalousie et de la Province de Ja\u00e9n. La mise en \u0153uvre de ce magnifique espace appartenant au domaine public constitue assur\u00e9ment l’une des infrastructures sportives les plus remarquables ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 construites au long de l’histoire de la ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
