Dans quelques jours, la ville de Valence accueillera l\u2019inauguration du nouveau complexe Bombas Gens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le site de l\u2019ancienne usine Bombas Gens, construite en 1930 par le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre architecte Cayetano Borso di Carminati, est un des joyaux du patrimoine industriel valencien. Cette ancienne usine est l\u2019un des rares exemples conserv\u00e9s d\u2019architecture Art D\u00e9co de la ville de Valence, situ\u00e9e dans l\u2019actuelle avenue de Burjassot, dans le quartier de Marchalenes.
Apr\u00e8s plusieurs d\u00e9cennies de splendeur et d\u2019expansion continue du complexe, l\u2019usine de Bombas Gens a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement ferm\u00e9e en 1991, apr\u00e8s quoi a commenc\u00e9 une lente mais constante d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du complexe industriel, due au manque d\u2019entretien et \u00e0 l\u2019abandon, auquel a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 un incendie sur une partie du complexe de Bombas Gens en 2014.
Quelques mois apr\u00e8s l\u2019incendie, le b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis par la fondation Per Amor a l\u2019Art, afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 sa r\u00e9habilitation compl\u00e8te et de redonner vie \u00e0 ce complexe industriel architectural particulier.
L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019architectes choisie pour r\u00e9aliser cette r\u00e9novation int\u00e9grale fut Ram\u00f3n Esteve, Eduardo de Miguel et Annabelle Selldorf.
Enfin, apr\u00e8s deux ans de travaux, le site de Bombas Gens ouvrira ses portes le 8 juillet prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette inauguration marque l\u2019ouverture de la premi\u00e8re phase du projet, form\u00e9e par le centre d\u2019art de la fondation Per Amor a L\u2019Art, qui occupera les cinq \u00e9difices r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s, un abri antia\u00e9rien situ\u00e9 sur le complexe et le Centre de coordination de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Wilson, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche pour le traitement de maladies rares. Par ailleurs, le chef Ricard Camarena d\u00e9place son restaurant \u00e9toil\u00e9 Michelin sur le nouveau site de Bombas Gens, avec Francesc Rif\u00e9 en design et d\u00e9coration int\u00e9rieure.
A l\u2019automne de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, le jardin arri\u00e8re, la cave m\u00e9di\u00e9vale et un nouveau b\u00e2timent \u00e0 vocation sociale seront inaugur\u00e9s dans le cadre de ce qui sera la deuxi\u00e8me phase du projet.
Tejas Borja a particip\u00e9 avec ses produits \u00e0 la reconstruction des toits des b\u00e2timents du complexe industriel de Bombas Gens, en redevenant une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9novation de b\u00e2timents historiques, parmi lesquels plusieurs se distinguent dans la ville de Valence comme le Parc Central, La Ceramo ou le complexe sportif construit sur les anciennes Naves de Cross.
Afin de pr\u00e9server le format et l\u2019essence des toitures existantes, avec les propres marques du passage du temps sur l\u2019argile des tuiles, la tuile Plana Alicantina en finition Fosca a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie qui, combin\u00e9e avec quelques pi\u00e8ces originales de l\u2019enceinte, a donn\u00e9 au toit l\u2019image originale du toit et les couleurs vieillies qui reproduisent parfaitement les originaux.
L\u2019installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 sec sur des bandes m\u00e9talliques et du film imperm\u00e9able respirant, de sorte que le toit Bombas Gens r\u00e9pond aux exigences actuelles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de qualit\u00e9, sans perdre l\u2019aspect des toits originaux des ann\u00e9es 30.
En plus des tuiles plates, quelques morceaux de chevalets vitr\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s, imitant les originaux, pour d\u00e9corer certains points du toit, comme ils avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 projet\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019origine.<\/p>\n\n\n
