Si l\u2019on tient compte de cet aspect dans la phase de construction, cela suppose un co\u00fbt minime et permet d\u2019emp\u00eacher des r\u00e9parations ult\u00e9rieures consid\u00e9rablement plus co\u00fbteuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, les tuiles c\u00e9ramiques sont poreuses et donc susceptibles d\u2019absorber et de lib\u00e9rer l\u2019eau (on dit qu\u2019elles \u00abrespirent\u00bb), une caract\u00e9ristique qui les rend id\u00e9ales pour r\u00e9guler l\u2019humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment \u00e9viter l\u2019humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le toit d\u2019une maison?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne&nbsp;<em>ventilation de la toiture<\/em>&nbsp;s\u2019obtient gr\u00e2ce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>au respect des bonnes pratiques dans le montage des toitures avec une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019existence d\u2019un minimum d\u2019espace d\u2019air, qui permet sa circulation en dessous de la surface inf\u00e9rieure de la tuile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019accessoires sp\u00e9cifiques pour toitures (comme les finitions des fa\u00eetages et chati\u00e8res bien dispos\u00e9es sur le toit) qui permettent de faciliter le s\u00e9chage des tuiles et d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019accumulation d\u2019humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du toit, am\u00e9liorant la conservation et le maintien en bon \u00e9tat de la toiture, favorisant ainsi la climatisation ad\u00e9quate du logement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De cette mani\u00e8re, elle r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement l\u2019apparition de mousses et de champignons, car&nbsp;<em>une tuile bien ventil\u00e9e<\/em>&nbsp;retient moins longtemps l\u2019eau absorb\u00e9e et donc n\u2019apporte plus les conditions d\u2019humidit\u00e9 favorables \u00e0 la germination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi est-il si important qu\u2019un toit soit bien ventil\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si un toit est parfaitement construit, l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air aura acc\u00e8s \u00e0 son int\u00e9rieur. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est toujours pr\u00e9sent et techniquement in\u00e9vitable; par cons\u00e9quent, le syst\u00e8me utilis\u00e9 sur tout l\u2019ensemble appel\u00e9 couverture doit pr\u00e9voir un moyen pour que l\u2019eau qui se condense puisse \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e des couches int\u00e9rieures du toit.
