La fa\u00e7ade sur rue cr\u00e9e un large porche orient\u00e9 vers les vues, qui sert d&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et de relation entre voisins. La fa\u00e7ade arri\u00e8re int\u00e8gre la forme oblique du terrain en pivotant \u00e0 la recherche des rayons du soleil matinal et des perspectives lointaines du c\u0153ur d&rsquo;\u00eelot. La diff\u00e9rence de niveau existante entre la rue et le terrain est mise \u00e0 profit pour cr\u00e9er un porche communautaire li\u00e9 au niveau de la cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous les logements fonctionnent de mani\u00e8re similaire, avec des pi\u00e8ces g\u00e9n\u00e9riques sans usage d\u00e9termin\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la bande centrale o\u00f9 sont regroup\u00e9s les services. Les pi\u00e8ces sont d\u00e9cal\u00e9es les unes par rapport aux autres afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des diagonales qui \u00e9largissent la perception des logements. Un pilier isol\u00e9 articule cette rencontre et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des portes coulissantes, les espaces communiquent ou s&rsquo;isolent du reste de la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recherche d&rsquo;un moindre impact environnemental et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;imaginaire collectif de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 majorquine se mat\u00e9rialisent dans une enveloppe qui rend hommage aux m\u00e9tiers traditionnels. Tandis que la pierre de <em>mar\u00e8s<\/em> r\u00e9sout les points singuliers de la fa\u00e7ade et des piliers pour lier le b\u00e2timent au paysage, le plan de toiture devient une pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de cette r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ce faire, une toiture inclin\u00e9e ventil\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la pose de tuiles canal format C-50.21 Celler de Tejas Borja de couleur blanc marbr\u00e9. Ce choix r\u00e9pond non seulement \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de haute efficacit\u00e9 thermique et de durabilit\u00e9, mais aussi \u00e0 une forte intention esth\u00e9tique : la disposition g\u00e9om\u00e9trique des pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques g\u00e9n\u00e8re un jeu visuel de lignes ondul\u00e9es qui apporte dynamisme, volume et texture au plan horizontal. De m\u00eame, la finition subtile en blanc marbr\u00e9 dialogue harmonieusement avec la lumi\u00e8re de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et la puret\u00e9 de la pierre de <em>mar\u00e8s<\/em>, assurant une transition fluide entre la tradition c\u00e9ramique de l&rsquo;\u00eele et les nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de construction industrialis\u00e9e et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agence d&rsquo;architecture :<\/strong> Estruch Martorell Arquitectes, Estudi E.
