La propuesta se adapta a este terreno ubic\u00e1ndose en la parte elevada y con una implantaci\u00f3n longitudinal. Esto permite minimizar el movimiento de tierras y que la casa disfrute de una gran fachada al sur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La casa se organiza en diferentes vol\u00famenes rectangulares que se desplazan unos respecto a otros, posibilitando la aparici\u00f3n de patios y porches entre ellos. Este juego de desplazamiento ayuda tambi\u00e9n a romper la linealidad y longitud de la fachada. Estos vol\u00famenes rectangulares se encuentran unidos bajo una gran cubierta inclinada a un agua, la cual proporciona uniformidad al proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ha realizado una cubierta inclinada ventilada para disipar mejor el calor provocado por la fuerte incidencia solar vertical en verano. Dicha cubierta se ha realizado colocando la teja curva Borja color blanco jaspeado \u2013 BorjaBLANC formato C-50.21 Celler sobre rastreles de madera de pino de 30 \u00d7 50 mm con tratamiento cuperizado, colocados en dos direcciones ortogonales. En concreto, se ha elegido la teja color Blanco Jaspeado por su gran integraci\u00f3n en el paisaje r\u00fastico mallorqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La cubierta adquiere un papel protagonista como elemento unificador del conjunto y como mediadora entre arquitectura y paisaje. <\/strong>La elecci\u00f3n de la teja curva Borja color Blanco Jaspeado \u2013 BorjaBLANC formato C-50.21 Celler responde tanto a criterios t\u00e9cnicos como culturales. Por un lado, su colocaci\u00f3n en una cubierta inclinada ventilada mejora el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico del edificio, favoreciendo la disipaci\u00f3n del calor en los meses de verano y contribuyendo a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica global de la vivienda. Por otro, su textura, geometr\u00eda y tonalidad permiten una integraci\u00f3n natural con el entorno rural mallorqu\u00edn, evocando las cubiertas tradicionales y reforzando la lectura de la vivienda como una construcci\u00f3n sobria, atemporal y arraigada al lugar.
