La conception s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 ce relief en se positionnant sur la partie la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et selon un plan longitudinal. Ceci minimise les travaux de terrassement et permet \u00e0 la maison de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une large fa\u00e7ade expos\u00e9e au sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maison est organis\u00e9e en diff\u00e9rents volumes rectangulaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s les uns par rapport aux autres, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des patios et des porches. Ce jeu de d\u00e9calages contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 rompre la lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 et la longueur de la fa\u00e7ade. Ces volumes rectangulaires sont reli\u00e9s par une grande toiture \u00e0 un seul pan, qui conf\u00e8re une uniformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une toiture ventil\u00e9e \u00e0 deux pans a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e afin de mieux dissiper la chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le fort ensoleillement vertical estival. La toiture a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en tuiles courbes Borja blanc mouchet\u00e9 \u2013 BorjaBLANC format C-50.21 Celler \u2013 pos\u00e9es sur des liteaux en pin cuivr\u00e9 de 30 x 50 mm, install\u00e9s dans deux directions orthogonales. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la tuile blanche mouchet\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie pour son excellente int\u00e9gration au paysage rustique majorquin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La toiture joue un r\u00f4le central en tant qu&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment unificateur de l&rsquo;ensemble et m\u00e9diateur entre architecture et paysage. Le choix des tuiles courbes Borja blanches mouchet\u00e9es \u2013 BorjaBLANC format C-50.21 Celler \u2013 repose sur des consid\u00e9rations \u00e0 la fois techniques et culturelles. D&rsquo;une part, leur pose sur une toiture ventil\u00e9e \u00e0 deux pans am\u00e9liore la performance thermique du b\u00e2timent, facilitant la dissipation de la chaleur durant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et contribuant \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale de l&rsquo;habitation. D&rsquo;autre part, leur texture, leur g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et leur teinte permettent une int\u00e9gration naturelle \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement rural majorquin, \u00e9voquant les toitures traditionnelles et renfor\u00e7ant la perception de la maison comme une construction sobre et intemporelle, profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans son territoire.
