  • Storage period: if the user accepts an offer of employment from TEJAS BORJA, the personal data collected during the selection process will be processed and stored by our Human Resources Department until the user no longer works for TEJAS BORJA.

If the user does not enter into a working relationship with TEJAS BORJA, their data will be stored for 2 years.

TEJAS BORJA will inform all users that it is not obligatory to provide certain personal data, except in fields which are marked as mandatory.
