PANELS λTHERM

Insulation support composed of a polyurethane core with high insulating value, wrapped with a protective aluminum film; and finished with an integrated Alu-Zinc Batten for the perfect placement of the tiles without the need to take batten passage measurements, since the panels are adapted to each tile model. Available in thicknesses from 60 mm to 160 mm and for batten pitches of 370 and 395 mm as standard sizes, and can be manufactured in other batten pitches on request.

When installed on the roof structure, the panels form an uninterrupted sheet of insulation with maximum energy efficiency, due to its low thermal conductivity: λ = 0.022 W/m•K, and totally free of thermal bridges.

PUR polyurethane foam is one of the best insulators, since, in addition to being very durable, it meets the requirements established in the CTE with a lower thickness than other thermal insulation on the market. PUR is a closed-cell insulation, which means that its water absorption capacity is minimal. This translates into healthiness and a guarantee of long-lasting insulation, as it is not affected by humidity.

In addition to the excellent performance for cold climates, λTHERM is a system with excellent insulation for high temperatures, thanks to the ventilation chamber under tile of more than 4 cm height provided by the panels, and the embossed aluminum coating that reflects heat.
