Tejas Borja welcomes a visit from the Manises Employment Integration Workshop
This week, we welcomed a group of 11 participants from the Manises Employment Integration Workshop to our Tejas Borja facilities as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to introduce them to our business activities and showcase the work we carry out in the ceramic roof tile industry. Through a company presentation, they learned about Tejas Borja’s history, our business model, the different solutions we offer and the main manufacturing lines behind our products.
The visit continued with a tour of our facilities, where participants were able to discover first-hand the ceramic roof tile manufacturing process, from the different production stages to the finished product. This experience allowed them to gain a closer understanding of how an industrial company operates and the work that goes into each of our products.
These types of encounters provide an opportunity to share knowledge, bring the business world closer to people taking part in employment integration programmes and offer new perspectives on the professional environment and the opportunities it provides.
