FLAT 10 – Best exterior building product

Flat 10 clay roof tile format by Tejas Borja was recently awarded the BEST EXTERIOR BUILDING PRODUCT by members of the Editorial Board of Architecture Ireland during the last edition of Architecture Expo Show 2014.

Flat 10 clay roof tile, an EXTREM-KER® product: low porosity (<3%), high dimensional stability, superior mechanical strength, water absorption (< 3%), maximum flatness, light weight (37 Kg./sq.m.), includes natural Slate laminated texture not only on the surface, but around the tile, in the sides and mouth.

Note the batten distance (useful length) is VARIABLE from 35 to 38 cm. Possibility of placement both staggered as continuous joint.
