S-INTERLOCKING roof tiles
TB-12 roof tile is the classic S-Interlocking format by Tejas Borja as one piece high profile roof tile, with multiple discontinuous, especially designed for the tight assembly of the parts aligned in vertical rows and horizontal courses.
With 12 units per sq.m. TB-12 roof tiles are currently the S-interlocking roof tiles most used in residential buildings.
Courtesy of their aesthetic and architectural versatility, S-Interlocking roof tiles are the most commonly used roof tiles across all five continents.
TB-12 roof tile is also available in BorjaBLANC ( selection of special white clay). Ideal for the Mediterranean climate.
The certified characteristics for the NF Terracotta tiles are compliant with the requirements of the NF EN 1304 standard: Structural faults, the geometric characteristics , resistance to flexural strength , impermeability (class 1), frost resistance according to the NF EN 539-2 standard for all products made with red mixture. Approximate values: If the roof tiles are installed on battens, the useful length must be calculated on site. A tolerance of ± 2% is allowed on the dimensions of the roof tiles according to UNE – EN 1024.
Type: Double lateral overlapping and double Lengthinal overlapping. Installation must comply with Code of practice for the design and fixing of roofs with clay roofing tiles for the region and Tejas Borja specifications.

The certification MIAMI-DADE is issued under government rules implementing products for construction in Miami Dade County and other dependent areas.
MIAMI-DADE conformity shows that certified products have been tested and meet building regulations (ASTM C 1167), being designed according to technical Florida Building Code High Speed hurricanes.
