Public building The Quinta Torres Arias is protected with Level 1 of the Catalog of Gardens and Parks of Interest of the General Plan and is part of a set of historic gardens in the eastern area of Madrid.
In the installation of the roofs, the large curved tiles C-50.21 Celler in Edetania finish have been used. They have been installed dry, thus guaranteeing the quality of the roof.
